Neil & Rozella Herman Memorial Scholarship for Part Time Students

This scholarship is for a student who has completed 6 or more units in the the paralegal studies program, with the educational goal to obtain a Coastline AA degree in addition to the Paralegal certificate. The student must have a 3.0 GPA or higher and demonstrate financial need.
