Raymond L. Cordova Scholarship

The Raymond L. Cordova Scholarship is intended to further the education of persons who served their country and who are examples of service to their communities. Raymond was a Vietnam Army Veteran and Labor leader who supported veterans’ causes and programs helping returning military veterans find jobs and careers to better the lives of their families. Raymond was known by all as “The Godfather of Labor,” This scholarship for Veterans is intended to create and continue his legacy of public service. Students eligible for this award must have a 2.5 GPA, completed 6.0 units towards completion of their degree, be in good academic standing, and in financial need.
