eSports Leadership Scholarship

The eSports Leadership Scholarship will be awarded to a current Coastline student who is an active eSports Club member. The student must be in good academic standing at Coastline College, demonstrates leadership and excellence within the Club. The student must submit a short essay of no more than 1,000 and no fewer than 500 words explaining how the student demonstrated leadership and excellence within the club with concrete examples.

Examples of Leadership and Excellence
• Organizing and hosting a community event
• Organizing and hosting a discord event, like movie night, study hall, or game night
• Starting a new team and participating in at least two tournaments
• Creating and running a recruitment campaign that results in an additional five new members who are Coastline students
• Identifying and securing sponsors
